Daniel is a consultant with over 30 years management experience gained in Blue Chip Companies such as Heineken, Nestlé and General Motors, including eight years at board level.
As a consultant, Daniel develops and delivers high impact training and development programmes. He provides Executive and Management coaching for individuals as well as teams. Daniel is particularly experienced at helping organisations overcome 'silo mentality' and building high performing teams.
Daniel's clients include companies such as IKEA (in Russia), and SABMiller (Volkswagen's sole importer in Poland). His extensive practical knowledge coupled with substantial consulting experience provides a unique combination of skills to bring out the best in a Company's talent pool.
