Lisa is an Occupational Psychologist with 10 years experience within the banking and consultancy sectors. She is an established leader and coach with experience in organisational culture assessment and change management, including project management and delivery of change programmes both in the U.K. and across Asia. She has managed multiple projects including organisational restructuring and merger integration.
Lisa has experience in team management within the retail banking sector including assessment, selection and performance management along with the design and delivery of training and development initiatives.
