Blue Edge is a specialist consultancy focusing on leadership development and organisational culture change.
We work in partnership with a number of large multi-national organisations to improve leadership effectiveness and organisational performance.
Our philosophy is based on the principles of strengths and positive psychology. Our team of occupational psychologists, leadership consultants and executive coaches are expert in designing programmes which identify and enhance leaders', teams' and organisations' strengths.
